Stay Healthy Tips re COVID-19

"Medicinal recommendations by some of the top doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors, cardiologists, to name a few, taken from the docuseries, "Vaccine Secrets: COVID CRISES" with Dr. Edward Group, Founder of Global Healing Center, Dr. Peter McCallough, 55 years as a Cardiologist (Top Cardiologist in the United States), Dr. Healy, Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Peter Osborne.

Some of their recommendations to stay healthy and strong include these little daily helpers:
  • Vitamin D 3
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin A
  • Zinc
  • Quercetin
Reishi mushroom tea and 5 mushroom tea will do as they are all antioxidant and immunomodulatory. 

Their recommendation is to visit a health care professional for those damaged by the jab; many are taking Ivermectin along with a list in the protocol. Unfortunately, there is a new public statement that we will have an outbreak, seeing children of the average age of 5 with polio-like disease symptoms, with no cure. 

It's now mandatory for the FDA to list all of the ingredients of the genetic materials in the so-called Vaccine, which is genetically modified and not a true Vaccine due to Efficacy as we all know. 

Let's get exercise. Unfortunately, this may be difficult for some as we ALL are being disenfranchised by our community centers, forced to mask up and vax up, which is not very community-like or health wise considering the fact and truth that Masks simply MASK the issue. 

Isolating us from our families and friends, keeping us from socializing, is another way to lower the immune system. This experiment has gone terribly wrong; rise up and stand for what is right for the next 7 generations. 

In addition to those recommendations, anyone who has had the shots can do a 3-day fast with micronutrients. It's super important to wash out toxins and reset your body as much as possible as it cleans the microbiome (our ecology center) and increases immunity."

Reishi mushroom:  Supports Heart n Cardiovascular health and know for it's longevity component. 
Cordyceps mushroom: Boost energy levels and increase longevity

Lion's mane mushroom: Supports brain and Nervous systems. 

Basically, we all need to boost our immune systems that have been compromised as long as we keep suppressing, remember it's not your fault that things were oppressed and continue to be as there's an illness happening. It's a virus of mind control.
